It allows you to get your quick questions answered but it is not meant to replace our Helpdesk.

We prioritize support to our Helpdesk and in the event of higher than usual support load, live support may not be available and clicking the button below will bring you to our Helpdesk.

Live Support is meant for questions which:-    Are basic and simple    Will not require us to access your account    Will not require us to verify your identity    Can be answered within 5 to 15 minutes

Live Support is not meant for questions which:-    Are complex    Require us to access your account    Require us to verify your identity for security & privacy reasons    Cannot be answered within 5 to 15 minutes
