Your basic contract with Aspiration Hosting includes system administration, but not individualized development work unless otherwise specified. Most administration tasks that a system administrator usually handles, with a little basic training you can handle by yourself.

The servers are normally set up within 24 to 72 hours depending on availability of hardwares.

Basic Managed (Unmanaged)

These servers come with Basic Management provided by our Dedicated Server department. We are responsible mainly for reboot requests, hardware and network issue, while other issues are handled by yourself.

DDOS Protection by Cisco Guard hardware firewall is available for all HostNOC servers at the Network Level. Server Level firewall can be purchased optionally.
