Note:-

• We will only allow the use of a Dedicated IP for SSL certificate installation purpose.
• You will need to have the SSL certificate ready before you can request for the Dedicated IP to be provisioned.
• Each hosting account can only have one Dedicated IP.
• We will process your request for a Dedicated IP within 24 hours.
• During the provisioning of a Dedicated IP, it may cause some downtime due to DNS propagation of the new IP.

SSH Access

SSH Access is free of charge but not enabled by default.


To obtain SSH Access, please submit a ticket to our Billing Department with the title “Request for SSH Access“:-

• Attach Photo ID: National ID | Passport | Driving License

Note:-

• We will require you to provide Photo ID for verification and security reasons.
• The Photo ID should match the account details we have on file.
• We will process your request for SSH Access within 24 hours.
• SSH Access is chargeable at $1.00/month or $12.00/year for the Legacy Aspire & Legacy Desire plans.

Free Website Transfer

We can transfer your website over from your old host.

To request for a transfer, please submit a ticket to our 24×7 Technical Support Department with the title “Request for Website Transfer“:-

• Hosting Control Panel URL or IP of your old host
• Hosting Control Panel Username of your old host
• Hosting Control Panel Password from your old host
• SSH Access of your old host (if old host is not using cPanel)
• MySQL Username and Password (if old host is not using cPanel)

Note:-

• It may take up to 24 to 48 hours for the transfer to be completed.
• The transfer may be delayed if insufficient information is provided and/or there are any disruptions or issues with your old host.
• If your old host is using cPanel, we can move the whole account over including email accounts, FTP accounts, etc.
• If your old host is using any other hosting control panel, only the files and database will be moved over. This will also take a longer time to complete since the move will be done manually.
• If your old host is not using cPanel and you are not using Magento, we may require that you update your script’s configuration file yourself to reflect any new MySQL Database, Username and Password details.
