Magento 2 CentOS : Requirements

However there are two major perquisites to install Mage on CentOS 7. First, we’re in a Linux environment. Next a server using CentOS 7. Third, the server setup needs to support sudo along with non-root user.

Magento 2 CentOS : Updates

Before moving any further we need check our system for latest updates. We can simply run the latest update version by using following commands. As a result it’ll find and update our system with latest packages.

sudo yum update -y

Here after completing the system update. Now we’re ready to move in the next step. So, we’ll continue installing Mage on CentOS 7 in Part 02.
